return policy
most items are returnable.those which are not returnable will be noted on the product page. to return a product to us, please notify us at john@gettingthegoods.com within 4 days of receiving the goods. please request a Merchandise Return Number. no returns will be accepted or refunded without a Merchandise Return Number. Please package item(s) securely and include packaging slip recieved with product indicating the reason for the return. Please be sure the package is taped and clearly labeled and sent with insured postage paid. Do not send any package C.O.D as we will not accept product returns shipped C.O.D. Customer pays shipping unless our error. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. Orders ship Monday through Friday only.

please retain all original packing materials and return the product in them. also return the copy of the invoice in the package and be sure to put the Merchandise Return Number clearly on the invoice.
our products are made with top quality materials and manufactured with great care. they are inspected before shipping to ensure that they are perfect in every way. our expert packing ensures their safe arrival to the destination. please return them in original condition with all tags on.
if products are damaged or not in original condition (this includes but is not exclusive of: stains, marks, tears, odours, signs of useage or anything that makes the product unsaleable, we at getting the GOODS, will not be able to offer a refund
we suggest that you use a method of return where the package can be tracked or provide proof of delivery
we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of materials returned to us during shipping
refunds will be issued in the original form of purchase (credit card or money order) to the original issuer of the payment only

we will also ship by Canada Post (see rates in shopping cart)
duties and tariffs in specific countries outside Canada are the responsibility of the recipient
please note that shipping is based on Standard shipping to a single address in Canada and contiguous United States orders over $250.00 USD will receive free shipping in Canada and contiguous United States
