5. how do I place an order?

place an order on our site (we do not accept phone orders) choose your method of payment complete the transaction with Pay Pal or mail us a money order in US Dollars (please print out a copy of your shopping cart for your information and reference) we will confirm your order when we receive it by email the email will contain an order number. please quote this number if inquiring about your order when your order is shipped we will email you to confirm it leaving our premises

6.do you do custom orders?

we do provide a custom service. we will provide fabric and trim or use customer's own fabric. our stock pillow size is approximately 18" x 18". for orders of different sizes we require a minimum of 10 pillows per size. please allow 21 working days to create custom pieces. custom orders must be paid for in full before construction is started. there are no returns or refunds on custom orders. please contact us at our email address for pricing. we guarantee our workmanship

7. where is my order?

if shipped by UPS use your customer order number to track your package if sent by Canada Post please use the tracking number provided with your order to check your items progress on the Canada Post website

8. can you tell me more about the pillow inserts?

waterfoul/down insert

this premium 18" x 18" pillow insert has a white 100% cotton 233 thread count feather/down proof fabric cover with 95% white waterfowl feather and 5% white down for maximum loft and durability. the feathers are treated with "Alleron-21", with Ultra-Fresh, rendering the fill non-allergenic, by inhibiting the formation of mold, mildew, bacteria and other allergens including "dust-mites". the insert is "knife" edged and double stitched all around for durability
